The Wüsthof Classic Ikon White Carving Knife 20cm has a long, low blade that is perfect when cutting thin slices of meat or fish. These thin slices don’t stick to the edge, making for easy manoeuvring. This knife is enhanced with a full-tang, triple-riveted handle in a cream colour with an ergonomic shape.

- What’s special about the blade?
- Like with other Wüsthof collections the blade is made from X50CrMoV15 steel, which was sharpened according to the PEtec method, and polished by hand
- This type of steel is also easy to sharpen
- Another advantage of this blade is the crop. It doesn’t extend all the way to the edge but does separate the handle from the blade
- As such you not only keep your fingers safe, but you can also use the entire edge
