Made from fruit grown in two of the coolest climates in South Africa, it’s carefully crafted to offer an exotic tasting experience that carries your mind to another place. • Expect flavours of cassis, current, blackberry and cherry
• Features hints of white pepper and ground herbs, as well as the strong floral perfume of crushed violets
• Made from 30% Greyton fruit planted in heavy schist (decomposed shale) soils with no irrigation, and 70% Elgin fruit planted in sandstone and shales soils
• Fruit originates from two of the coolest climates in South Africa, both with extreme diurnal temperature shifts
• Origins present us with a Syrah that has a very distinct sense of place
